| AB 199 is a horrible idea.... Think about the ability for fraud... Title and Escrow agent /companies are fools for allowing this to even be considered... and LENDERS. Lenders seem to forget that a defaulted government written transaction falls back on them. Then think of the other GNW that we do... Minor To Travel auth., Healthcare or medical directives, Will Adms. etc. WHO promotes this stuff?? |
