Luckily, I have been blessed with great companies. I avoid most SSs. There is one, that pays way below market standards, who asks notaries to take pictures of borrowers' IDs on their iPhones or Smartphones and send to her as soon as the notaries collect the IDs. In my view, this is highly suspect, litigious and ought to be reported to a number of regulatory agencies. Why is the person collecting these vital documents, they really should only be privy to the lender, not the SS.
I'm not sure how many of you are aware that there are signing service owners who are connected with the underworld. Hence, their keeping this information under any circumstances is highly suspicious, risky and illegal. JUST SAY NO! Don't do it. |
