I agree with Copperhead and notarydi. And there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to which name goes first. I've seen situations where a non-working spouse was the one who handled the initial communication with the LO, so her name was listed as borrower and husband (whose income was used for qualification) was the co-borrower. Doesn't matter to us in the end, but we should look out for that stuff.

And as Steve said above, when it comes to loan docs, more is NOT always better. For example, putting a date on a Note, when it's not requested (as is usually the case) can be a deal breaker.
