Looks like they didn't have a quorum, and more evaluation of the bill needs to be made. I'm very proud of Matt Miller and all the notaries who joined him at the hearing to oppose this proposed legislation. I was also completely unimpressed by the author, the MBA rep and the NNA's VP, non of which had great argument for this bill as far as I could tell during their brief, hurried presentations.
