Another business model with 500%+ markup...if you need it, you pay...If more people would say NO to lower fees offered, they would pay us as well. Problem is our profession is made up of too may notaries with no confidence, no experience, no self-esteem, some with 20+ years experience who take everything and think that something is better than nothing and better than sitting home. What can we do? Maybe open a Fed Ex store, charge .79 a scan, haha
Some of us say no and have a red line and do not cross it, but the problem is there is a long behind us willing to snatch up that closing at any price and no red line. |
