Exactly Bobbi. We used to take file and work it from contract close. Prepare the documents, work up the numbers, get all sides to agree, clear title, find issues with title, conditions etc etc. This is not something that a 3-hour class with any organization is going to teach anybody, at least not correctly and effectively
