| I print out my confirmation, highlight the day and time, and paper clip it to the manilla folder as well and sits on my desk in rotation on a standing file system similar to what you do. I also go to the closing with that folder, but I reuse mine, they don't go back to the title company, they divide and conquer, go to post-closing and toss them anyway. I use a cardboard envelope, everything stays straight and Fed Ex doesn't mind the rubber band. I used to spend a lot like you do Pegi, but over the years, my budget has really slimmed down as inflation creeps in and not matching what money is coming in. Buyers get a clip and my card, title gets it's package rubberbanded (they are nice bright blue ones) in a cardboard envelope with anything else paper clipped to the front page with a nice colorful plastic coated clip. |
