Buzz Words: Closing document (we say closing package)--urgently(used past tense of "was actually searching")--notary agent(we are really not called this; forgot the "signing" part)--secure email(they just do not say this and never state it). "i" lower case was used as was hotmail. Professionals almost always use Outlook or company email.

All too common popping up it seems. We have to be diligent about emptying our tash can, deleting our packages after printing, clearing our downloads not keeping anything on our computer. Just clicking that unsuspecting link will allow them access to everything you have, and who knows what their intentions are for you or the clients we close for and the people in our address book. jmo
