I think a 'removed' impacts your score because that's what SD states! Yes, mine is still high, (and I still get a lot of offers--most not acceptable for a variety of reasons, but good ones do happen frequently).

My point is that a removal DOES impact your 'algorithm ranking' to some degree. My other point is hiring co. tells you it canceled, when, in reality, it was a removal. Yes, often you DO know what the problem was that caused this, as you stated.

However, I've noticed this happening with a few previously acceptable companies and will start blocking these repeat offenders--as you do. I agree that there are some very good companies on SD, along with a lot of companies who are gaming the system. I am simply posting this information so we can ALL be aware of the flaws contained in that platform and so we can be aware of the game-players. Just trying to help here.
