I once closed an REO with a sales price of $1000. I assumed that he was going to flip it and asked him for the Sales Disclosure, "this is not going to be your primary residence, is it?" To which he replied that it will be! He was going to rehab it and live there. From that moment on I have never assumed to know any question asked.
