Just had a client ask me if he could have revocable in more

than one state.

According to my family law attorney, you can have as many revocable trusts as you want.

Turns out he owns property in OR, CA and AZ.

And he has two sons.

Sometimes people have very complicated trusts.

Any one every run into this situation, trusts in more than one state?
