| I also wanted to add, that even though you are very new, you really have a great advantage in this market if you target the Chinese sector of your area. From living in Bejing all those years, I am sure you speak fluent Pekingese, and Mandarin. Not many of us can say we can do that. Living where I do in Orlando, we have a whole market of Chinese investors that buy new houses by Disney and keep them rented. They use a service for their closings. Just a thought that can put you leaps and bounds above the rest of NSA's in your area, and make sure to add that language ability in your profiles. Great Job! |
