Thanks Luckydog. I actually did a closing in Chinese about three weeks ago for an exchange student at the University of Utah. I have been somewhat surprised by the lack of signings requesting Chinese language support, though. I know that there is a fair sized Chinese community in the Valley. They will come along when they do, though.
I have been thinking about how to increase my weekly signings, recently. I average one per day right now. But, that's not enough to count on full-time.
I am now wondering when I should think about approaching title companies and the like directly. |
