I accepted a signing a little over a month ago from a signing service I'd never worked for before (4.5 stars). When I signed onto their portal to download docs, there was a page asking me to accept their equiv of "terms of service" which included agreeing to comply with the SPW's Code of Conduct, as I recall. I was surprised, as this was the first reference to that I've seen in quite a while.

Their payment is already past due by a few days, so it looks like I'll be needing to follow up. [Unless it gets here soon, their rating may end up being lowered by a bit, which would be a shame, as they seemed to be good to work with otherwise...]
