What co. had an issue with you changing the venue?

We always do that, and a "hand slap" isn't justified. As others have said, make a notation & then attach your CA certificate. In my area I almost never attach a loose certificate & always change the venue to the physical location where the documents are signed. The notarial certificate is our domain, no one elses.
