Agree with the others. And just in case, as Yoli said, if you have a stamp that says something like "see attached...", that would be fine for the existing certificate, but I'd leave the rest of it alone, aside from drawing a line across it and initialing that strike-out. Our notary stamp, of course, goes only on a proper certificate, with all the required elements on the same page.
