Usually, they add a fee on to it and you either have the time to do it, or decline it or counter offer if it's not enough, ask for more. In Orlando is typically $25.00, but it depends on my schedule and time of day if I can deliver it back to the title company. It usually involves a seller package and the buyers signing in the afternoon at the office so they need it back.
