YUP... . This has happened 3-4 times in the last month, I decided, and have,cancel or reschedule if I don't have them 1 hour before. Hybrids are getting to be a pain as well... Last 2 asked where their documents were?? How do they know they're correct, etc. Seems like they are getting longer to close , and have way more questions...
