CDs must have been out yesterday for Friday closings...right? Sure! Yeah! Lenders always get CDs to borrowers on time. Heeheehee! ROFL!!

I say this because, so far today, I have not received a single, solitary request to schedule a closing for Friday, not even from the dreaded lowballers. Ah well, Friday and Saturday being EOM for this month, we can all look forward to those last minute, "we're desperate" fees.
