Initially, in my mind, I was giving him the benefit of a doubt. Thought that when he told OP he paid in 30 days that maybe, just maybe, he meant 30 business days, which usually turns out to be at least 45 days.
HOWEVER … given his text saying/threatening "Stop harassing the title company or there will be consequences" and given the thread Cheryl kindly provided … forget the doubt. Testa Notary Services, LLC, IMO, is not to be trusted nor respected. |
