Don't worry an iota about Mr. Testa suing you for defamation of character. He has already established his character for our colleagues and his vendors by his history of late payment and stall tactics. Bad news travels at the speed of light.
I'd say he's self-sabotaging if his title company clients don't think much of "his childish behavior". He's only making it worse by harassing you.
Call the cops in his jurisdiction to pay him a visit about harassing you on a public forum and via person email. |
