That means a more rigorous standard in place - education, registration, licensing, regulation, & fee reform.
Just isn't working as it is now. Don't see any other way to brand as a Profession and bring in a realistic "income."
Tradeoff for weeding out hobbyists, part-timers, retirees, etc.
