Congress has finally sat up and taken notice - only 3 Reps voted against it - so maybe something will actually get done. The Telcos have the technology to stop this nonsense, they just haven't had the motivation. Hopefully, this legislation will not be as toothless as the Do Not Call Registry. Time will tell...
