With the type of offers that you get from signing services these days, what makes the most sense is to just ignore the offer entirely. This is not true in all cases, but with some companies it is. For example, Mortgage Connect has gotten so ridiculous with their lowball offers that I don't even respond. It's really a shame too, because they could have been a really good source of business.
