Especially when I received a loan signing (buyer) for $75 with scan backs required.
No way am I doing a buyer's loan for $75, about 100 pages and then have to deal with scan backs.
I used to do sellers package, about 20 some pages, within 5 miles, for $75 a couple of years ago. |
