Also, As to this -

"A notary public authorized to perform electronic notarial acts shall use the same electronic signature and electronic official stamp, if using, for all electronic notarial acts."

Perhaps this is addressing the issue of multiple e-seals being issued depending on the platform used. In FL we have to pick a provider who issues our seal and let the state know before our commission is issued. Then you go to many of these other platforms and they require you to use THEIR provider - so another seal is issued...and another and another an another. Maybe VT is addressing this and heading it off at the pass?
