Window #2. He blocked me on phone and text, emails went to screening. So last resort was interactive website for Provident AR and pinged him several times when he finally responded. I agreed to hold off my complaint until he sends payment via certified mail. Hope it is good. I really dont like my role of Hector the Collector.

Let you know. Meanwhile, I am doing the spa. Poured rain and hailed this morning
