| 12 times a yr. Professionals meet their deadlines - period. These apps are usually 6-8 wks+ in the making. How can you have a BO set aside their valuable time & then be 2,3 even 12 hrs late? And w/o notification??? That's when you know they are just plain UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED, etc. I mean c'mon - imagine if you were running 2 hrs behind. Would you just not call & expect the BOs to be sitting nicely twiddling their thumbs? Of course not! As notaries, the quailty of our work is judged EVERYDAY- EOM, BOM or MOM! |
