The company mentioned is a ss, not a tc. Whether or not this company is disorganized or not is another issue, but in general, I don't think it's fair to blame the ss for disorganization at the lender or tc. HOWEVER, some either do a better job than others of dealing with the disorganization of their clients OR they have better quality clients...  |
