The report isn't only about the DNC server. It's about their assessment of Russian meddling in the electoral process, which included the DNC server hack but involved other things as well. It's the same report provided to Obama and Trump, minus the classified information.
The fact that they didn't examine the forensics doesn't invalidate their assessment. CrowdStrike is highly qualified to do the forensic analysis, possibly more so than either of those agencies. |
