Congress wasn't bipartisan when Obama was President, which is why I believe he passed DACA using his Presidential powers. Obama had the children in mind, who had no dog in this fight, still holds true today.

Sessions and Trumps excuses are just more of the same bullshit they're trying to shove down our throats. Actions speak louder than words.
