Kris Kobach, KS Secretary of State and fierce believer (without evidence) that there is rampant voter fraud in our electoral system, is running for Governor of KS. His lead in the GOP primary was just cut in half when a KS county clerk announced that the votes tabulated for his opponent in her county and transmitted to the Secretary of State's office and appearing on the official website - which Kobach still oversees even though he is running in the election - was wrong. You would expect that KS, under his guidance and paranoia, has buttoned up its electoral process.
The county clerk faxed them (and produced proof of that) that a total of 522 votes were cast for his opponent in that county; they only recorded 422. If vote fraud is a real thing, it may not exist only at the ballot box...
