need more awareness out there about this...its an absolutely debilitating, crippling disease and I know from personal experience.
Depression can happen to anyone. And I'm so saddened by those that have taken their lives because of this disease...the celebrity deaths affected by depression are ever increasing...
If you know anyone with this disease, please do not judge, please try to understand, show love and caring, and keep in touch with these folks constantly. The emptiness that depression causes, especially after traumatic events in their lives, is absolutely devastating and so very hard to come back to life from.
Please help those you know who are going through depression. |
