You don't know this for sure. And yeah, I went a little off topic, but only because I know how the other spouse can be like in these types of situations, and some of the time, are actually the abusive ones in these types of marriages and family situations. As you've indicated above, he doesn't understand what panic or anxiety disorders are so perhaps this may be partly true. One doesn't have to have bruises to show that they are a victim of abuse btw.
Also, when one suffers from panic and/or anxiety, "relaxing" can lesson the "worry" but no doesn't cure it at all. You have no idea. |
