So much has to do with the doctor and how much confidence you have in them. I'm not worried at all about him doing a good job. When I asked him how accurate the bone sawing would be, he held his hands as if holding a hack saw, and stared down it taking aim..., and smiled. Loved his sense of humor! But very smart with tons of experience. He also volunteers his orthopedic skills for one of the local high schools and in the past with a college. Says a lot I feel.
I've been Youtubing ex-pats who moved to Mexico upon retirement. Amazing to hear what they say about us just getting negative news about the country. I have never been south of the border and am not planning moving, but I would sure like to visit now and do some serious hiking.
Point is, having goals in mind of what you would LIKE to do makes the whole idea more welcome. |
