As far as the cost of grabbers and such, it's really inexpensive insurance to pick up a few items that I might wish I had acquired. I can't believe I won't use some of it, even now. I keep up the exercises from PT 9 months ago which I understand is helpful. Losing a few lbs is probably the best thing anybody can do for knees. I'm several lbs away from my goal so looks like I will surpass it.
Gotta focus on the good stuff. Spending the weekend visiting and taking care of my 87 yr old mother and 86 yr old father n law who live in the same town. Wipe out! |
