On my brother not on me. My sis n law authorized a DNR today.
I'm sure this was not a place to post this i just got slammed with the news post surgery when all the family was rooting for me. We had no news from his family and thats not unusual.
Over the years he has reclused himself from the family. It wasnt until my other brother called to go see him that he discovered all this.
The rest of us have all been in touch with each other and with his wife and children. I am contacting our extended family. His son said he hasn't been conscious enough to have an understandable conversation. He is 4 days away from 70. I'll spare details of his health. He leaves a wife of 47 years, two children and 3 grandchildren. He was very popular as a young man, loved drag racing and Harleys. Was a hard act to follow.
We've all been there but nice to have an extra ear at times. Will carry on... |
