Glad you're healing and resting. I'm getting to know my limits too.
My Samsung flat screen died after 13 years just recently. I went to Costco and paid $294 for the same TV that I paid $1200 for way back when...got it home. I had to really maneuver getting the heavier, older TV out of the entertainment center, unbox the new Smart TV, thread the cords through the holes and hook up it up. VOILA. I was successful and so proud of my ingenuity. But I will have the old one to recycle and it is too heavy for me. I'm waiting for my neighbor to come up and take it to the recycle center.
It's always something. Our bodies and our brains are trying to tell us something...slow up, eat carefully, get your rest and don't over do it.
