Great to hear how well you are doing. I've been eating out of my garden too. Greens, beets, tomatoes, chives, cukes galore. Gourmet potatoes. I've pretty much given up bread and cheese, all of these changes helped me to lose 30#. My dr. took me off my high blood pressure medicine. My fit bit pushes me upward of 10K steps a day. Eating a lot of salmon these days as well as making a lot of hearty soups. Have you heard of pomelos? They are especially healthy and I've started growing these in my greenhouse.
Taking good care of ourselves will mean that one day we'll perhaps challenge each other at the shuffleboards for seniors and feeding the pigeons...I've been taking in some great musical performances in SLO over the holidays. This year's dip in business has allowed me to participate in more family activities, which I enjoy very much.
