I give all credit to my wife who makes these on the weekends mainly for lunch.
Black beans, lentils or split-peas (one of the 3, all mixed with some veggies), and a vegetable soup.
Personally, when I'm starving, I go after the lentils and black beans first, followed by salad.
I didn't know how important it is to eat legumes to keep a proper amount of good bacteria in your stomach until I watched the following.
