How to apply

This package includes your application, which will be submitted electronically to the Department of State, Notary Commissions and Certifications Section, your notary bond and your Florida notary seal. The application form can also be accessed through the following link: Florida Notary Public Application. Notary Rotary manufactures your state-approved notary seal, provides the bond, pays your fees and submits your application electronically.
Although a notary journal is not required by law, it is recommended that a notary maintain a journal of notarial acts to assist in recalling previous notarial acts or if legally challenged.
