Back in 2011, I was very active as a NSA. I am now semi-retired and not doing signings
due to my age in the era of C19
I have been in this biz since 1998 and was on the old NASA Board as a charter member and on NOTROT since
it's founding.
Back around 2011 I received a call from an attorney at the anti-trust section of the Justice Dept.
Back then there were noises being made about a "Minimum Fee Schedule" for NSAs
I thought that it was a bad idea, and so advised the attorney. We had a nice chat, and never heard another word.
Back in those days , I was a featured speaker at several XYZ conventions , which I guess got my name on
a few lists.
Still believe that each NSA should set their own fees based upon their individual circumstances. Not a good
idea to post your fees on a message board. |
