| It wouldn't be enough to change the wording on the web page. To do the job right, whichever employee gets tasked with correcting it would have to talk to the employees who actually make the request for additional name documentation (or their boss), find out what guidelines they follow when the additional documentation arrives, and make sure their written guidelines and the web site both get updated. |
