| I dont mind these either. Usually the signer wants it done right and after asking a few questions we come to a fee agreement. Cash money on the spot, I am always appreciated for my knowledge. I had one recently where the borrower had to print his own documents. He printed front and back! I told him Im certain this will not be acceptable to the lender he said No it will be fine. We signed away and a week later he calls me for a redo! Double fee! Professionalism and knowledge does pay off. |
