It can work very well, especially if they find You! I LOVE it when I'm found this way - and sometimes it's a "hybrid" of sorts, where the EA does most of the client's legwork, touches bases with and simultaneously coordinates with the SA. That's when I stress to them to have signers stay away from docs! Haven't had a problem. I find myself the first and only one to open the package several times
A few weeks ago I was dropping a package at FedEx and a frantic couple arrived needing a "notary." None available. Oh, wait, there's one on the premises They were selling an OH (I believe) property and were told to get the notary. There were 3 notarizations; I made minor package recommendations before they shipped and pocketed $20! Tiny little box of a store without any workspace, but we made it happen and they were glad to get it out in weekend mail.
P.S. And yes, don't need to tell me how to multiply $5/per, Virginia Hey, I deserved it. What would that have been in CA, like $15 x 6? |
