| I once had a couple walk into the office and asked if we had a notary to sign some loan docs! Bam! No discussion, just sign and notarize. Cute older couple who owned a small café a few doors away. Circa 2006 or so. A number of of loans were done that way. I had my concern about RESPA and whether or not the POC fee was being added to the HUD but it wasn't my loan to worry about. Same applies today. |
