Today's AAN newsletter mentioned this. Also posted a link to the bill. (I don't seem to be able to post links to either...sorry)
I wonder... if a Deed will not be recorded in TX without the use of an Embosser, what are they gonna do with a Deed notarized out of state where that state's law does NOT require an embosser?
