In your state, I would think you follow your own state rules ...in FL they get the "physically present or online notarization" block checked or written or stamped on the certificate... If in CA they probably get the CA compliant agreement boxed in.
Most notaries do not have embossers, I have never invested in one in my whole career, so Texas would be out of luck with me. I believe you follow your own state policies of where it is being signed. |
