I had two chasing my tail assignments this week.
The first was a single quit claim deed. The ex-husband needed to sign. I waited 15 minutes after cling and texting. He did not answer the doorbell. He called me 30 minutes later and gave me some lame excuse.
Yesterday I arrived at a client's home and was surprised to learn the borrower had not lived there for for over two years. Also the phone number was incorrect. We signed 3 hours later since I had a fully scheduled day and he was actually 45 minutes away. I would love to have some hiring party insight on these two assignment snafus. |
