It's been a while since I've been on. As I said, I'm training a notary, and highly suggested she come on as there are MANY seasoned signing agents here that she'll learn a ton of experience from.
It's difficult to share 16 years of experience in less than a year, but every little bit helps.
However, I did warn her to be sure to search for an answer before asking a question as many situations have been addressed and shared on. Sometimes people get very short and harsh if you don't do your own footwork first. Haha
